Since everything happens online, there's no need for physical shipping. This means faster access and no waiting for deliveries.

When we talk about "delivery" in this policy, we're referring to providing you with digital access—through the platform, video calls, or downloadable content.

Sessions take place via video call—either through Askobo Meet or another tool chosen by your Expert. It's like having a face-to-face meeting, but from anywhere!

  • Your meeting link will be in your dashboard and in your confirmation email.
  • We'll send you a reminder before your session so you don't miss it.
  • Just click the link at your scheduled time to join.

Good to Know

A session is ready for you once the Expert is available at the scheduled time. If you're running late, we recommend letting your Expert know if possible.

5. Courses

Getting Started with Your Course

Once your payment goes through, your course is ready to watch! You can start learning right away or come back whenever suits you.

  • Access your course anytime from your dashboard.
  • Videos are streamed through the platform—no downloads needed (unless the Expert provides downloadable materials).
  • Check the course details for how long you'll have access.

What's Included

Each Expert decides what goes into their course—this might include videos, PDFs, worksheets, or other helpful resources. It's all accessible from your course page.

6. Digital Products

Downloading Your Purchase

Digital products—like templates, guides, or resources—are available right after purchase. You'll find download links in your dashboard and in your confirmation email.

  • Access continues as long as your subscription is active.

9. How We Confirm Delivery
