A term on Askobo

From the first invite to the last group call.

Five moves, in the order you would make them, each a screen in your workspace.

  1. Before the term

    Bring the students in

Import a CSV with a preview; each student gets an email invitation.

Illustration: a CSV file of 38 students imported with no errors, badges for Kavya, Rahul, Divya and Farhan, and 38 invitations sent by email.

  2. Before the term

    Invite your expert panel

Send a note and your topics; experts accept or decline.

Illustration: three panel invitations. Suresh Pillai and Radhika Menon accepted, and Vikram Shah declined.

  3. Week 1

Put the calls on the calendar

Single or weekly, with a panel expert, in the browser.

Illustration: a weekly series of group calls on Saturdays from 24 Oct, and the audit standards clinic running in the browser with Suresh Pillai, who accepted.

  4. Every month

    Credits land, students book

An allowance per batch or per student, spent on 1:1 sessions.

Illustration: Kavya Nair’s October allowance of 60 credits; a 1:1 with Suresh Pillai on Tue 27 Oct is paid with 20 credits, leaving 40.

  5. Any day

    Keep everyone posted

Announcements, polls, forms and resources, to everyone, a batch, a role or specific people.

  6. That is the term.

Batches, panel, calls, credits and the Hub, from one workspace.

Credits

One plan. Every session.

Your plan grants credits to your organization every month. Give each batch, or a single student, an allowance; students book 1:1 sessions with your panel experts and pay with credits.

Illustration: the organization's wallet for October holds 4,000 credits, 40% used: 3,980 allocated, 1,600 used so far and 120 expiring on 31 Oct. Allowances are 60 credits per student every month for CA Final · May 2027, 40 per student for CA Inter · Nov 2026, and 80 for one student, Rahul Mehta. Kavya booked a 1:1 session with Suresh Pillai for 20 credits from her allowance.

Your expert panel

Practitioners who said yes to your students.

Invite any expert on Askobo with a note and the topics you need; they accept or decline, and you assign them to batches.

For your students

They see their batch, not your admin.

Once a student accepts your invitation, My organization appears in their Askobo account.

  • Their batch and attendance

Group calls and panel experts, in one place

  • The next call, one tap away

Joins in the browser on Askobo video

  • An allowance they can see

Spent on 1:1 sessions, paid with credits

Her My organization page at Vidya Learning Academy shows her batch with 9 of 10 group calls attended, the next group call, Audit standards clinic on Sat 24 Oct · 10:00 am, with a join button, 40 of 60 credits left in her October allowance, and two panel experts she can book with credits. Her free study planner stays available behind it.

Questions institutes ask before starting.

Want a walkthrough? Talk to the Askobo team
  • Coaching institutes, colleges, firms that train articles and trainees, and any team that runs batches of learners and wants practising professionals alongside its own teaching. You keep your batches and your faculty; Askobo adds a panel of experts your students can book, group calls, credits and one workspace to run it all.

  • Sign up with any Askobo account and create your organization: a name, a short address for it, a description, and your logo and website if you like. You become its owner. Next you choose its plan and pay, or apply a coupon, and your workspace opens with a setup checklist. Then invite your team by email with a role, create your first batch, add students one at a time or import them from a CSV file, and invite experts to your panel. Each step is in the workspace, and you can come back to any of them.

  • You choose an organization plan when you create your organization, and can change it later under Credits & plan in your workspace. The plan sets how many students, batches, team members and panel experts you can have, how many group calls you can run in a period, whether analytics is on, and how many credits of each kind arrive each month. You pay online through Razorpay, and a coupon can be applied at checkout. Talk to the Askobo team for the current plans.

  • Credits come with your plan, in two pools: learning credits and AI & service credits. Each paid month, your organization receives the credits of each kind the plan includes, and your workspace shows the two balances separately. Learning credits are for your students: you set a default monthly allowance for each batch, and can change it for a single student. Students spend their allowance on 1:1 sessions with your panel experts, so they pay with credits rather than their own money. Your workspace shows what is allocated and what is expiring, and the analytics have a page for credit use. Credits are not bought separately.

  • Add a student to a batch by email, or import a whole batch from a CSV file: you see a preview with any errors before anything is created. Each student gets an invitation by email and joins by signing in with that same address. You can resend an invitation, move a student to another batch, and set a different monthly allowance for them.

  • Invite any expert on Askobo to your panel with a note and the topics you need them for. They accept or decline. Once on the panel you assign them to batches; they see those batches’ sessions in their own expert dashboard, and your students in those batches can book them with credits. Your own faculty can join the panel the same way once they have an expert profile on Askobo.

  • Schedule a session for a batch with one of its panel experts, as a single call or a recurring series. The expert accepts it, and the call runs in the browser on Askobo video. You can mark attendance for each session, see every student’s attendance history, and share a guest join link for a specific session that you can regenerate or remove at any time.

  • Four roles: Owner, Administrator, Manager and Member. Owners and administrators run the whole organization, including the team, settings and subscription. Managers run batches, students, sessions and the panel, and can be limited to the batches they are assigned. Members can see the organization and its team. Every change is written to an audit log the owner and administrators can read.

  • Analytics cover your organization, batches, students, experts, group calls, credits and an overall health view, and any view can be exported as CSV or XLSX. They are about attendance, sessions and credit use: your team can see each student’s attendance at group calls, their 1:1 bookings with your panel experts and the credits they use. A student’s own study planner, answers and notes on Askobo are theirs and are not shown to the organization.

  • When a student signs in, their organization appears in their Askobo account: their batches, upcoming group calls, the panel experts they can book, their credit allowance for the month and their attendance. The rest of Askobo, including the free study planner and the public experts, stays available to them as to any learner.
